The Entrance exam was a basic exam mainly testing the ability of an engineering student and was conducted fairly. The faculty who came were very close to the students understanding them and making them understand HVAC System. They were the best part of the programme. The training given in my company ETA Engineering was very good mainly focusing in execution of the project, handling pressure maininting quality standards. ISHRAE gave me an opportunity to work in HVAC through the job junction last year and this year it gave me more knowledge than I imagined. It is a great experience in ISHRAE. The final exam was the grand finale which was a lengthy exam wih all calculation which had sometime constraint other than that it was a good exam.

I am basically a electrical engineer and I had no idea regarding HVAC. When I joined the training programme I thought I would not be able to cope up with the rest of the delegates. The faculty were so helpful in making me understand even the smallest details. The study material was prepared in such a way that the contents would easily be understood. Special thanks to my Director Mr. Sivadas. Entrance test was conducted fairly. Honestly, we were glad to have such knowledgeable faculties who had vast experience of 30-40 yrs in HVAC & R industry. Infrastructure provided by ISHRAE was fairly good and pleasant for students for easier learning; nice ambiance. We were taken to sites for visits and practically things were explained by faculty. On 4th month internship at your company was provided. we were sent to different departments like, Design, project, planning and commissioning for training. Apart from training, after completion of every module assessment were conducted followed by final exam. Finally, i would like to say is that all who are willing to work or already been working in HVAC &R industry must under go this training.

With reference to the trailing mail, kindly note my experience regarding AEDC course as follows. Entrance exam for admission to this course was worth mentioning as it covered important topics of our engineering curriculum. There was no need to put the same material in the form of hard copy what was given as soft copy to us, instead books should have contained something extra which was not there in the slides. Ishrae was very pro-active in conducting exams after each module but not at all efficient in declaring the results in time which holds true in case of final exam also. There was no need of one open book and one closed book format, one exam would have been sufficient. So far as classroom environment is concerned, always the temperature inside the room was maintained above desired level due to defective cooling system, care should be taken regarding that. Most of the faculty who taught us were full of professionalism with a mixture of interractive sessions and doubt clearing sessions with the delegates. Work load in company was too much so could not undergo any industrial training in company. As a whole, it was a good learning experience with Ishrae.

The course was totally a comprehensive package of complete RAC. The most important thing about yhe course was, is designed to be easy and flexible in learning and understanding along with the site visits. The course was overall good as far as coaching is concerned .the faculties were too good and they have given good exposure to all of us. but the fee seems to be quite high and coming to the institute frequently for presentation exams paying fees costs students a big burden of expense.i would have come to bangalore from my native even before the start of course atleast 4 times, I have spend more than 130000 for doing this course..what i have to say is dont put big gap during the course exams and presentations can be scheduled in successive days so that students coming from outside of karnataka dont struggle.
